The CEC-10 centrifugal egg cracker is a machine designed for fast cracking of shell eggs. It cracks eggs loaded through the top hopper and extracts liquid egg from the eggs, while simultaneously separating the egg shells and mixing the yolk and white together so that it is ready to use in a wide variety of applications. It is fully made out of food grade stainless steel and all of its removable parts that get dirty during operation can be safely washed in a dishwasher. This automatic egg breaker is a must for all kinds of diners, restaurants, bakeries and other places that use fresh eggs in their daily production as it eliminates labor and makes cracking a thousand eggs literally a five minute job.
